I just wanted to give a Shout Out to ALL the great many Teachers in my life and all the Teachers that I see in DC. First off, a big Thank you to Brooke Haydock Duncan. Brooke was like another mother and big sister to me. She is also a teacher. I have learned so much from Brooke about working hard and ALWAYS fighting for what you want. Thank you Brooke for all the summers cruising around in your car and for taking me to swimming meets and for that time that I spilled red gatorade all over your white outfit.

I just recently met Dr. Williams and I can honestly say I am humbled by Dr. Williams presence. Dr. Williams carries himself with grace and dignity. Dr. Williams teaches 10th grade math at Anacostia High School and he is the most patient, understanding, calm man I have ever met in the classroom setting. His students respect him. I truly value what a fine job Dr. Williams is doing and I look up to him a great deal. Thank you Dr. Williams for letting me into your class once a week!

Jessica McKinney! Thank you for organizing tutoring at Anacostia High School. Jessica is a true leader and teaches by example. She is always prepared and organized and knows her stuff!!! I can’t wait to pick her brain because of all of her fabulous knowledge!
Allison Barlow Young. Allison taught for a few years in Salt Lake and I was able to visit her class a few times and I really enjoyed it. Allison went beyond the call of duty with her class as she strived for more with her students! Thank you Allison for all your hard with your students!

Too all the teachers in my life that have made a difference. You HAVE made a difference.
